AFCR is committed to protecting the constitutional and basic human rights of citizens. We do this by coordinating legal defense for individuals who have been harmed by abusive state action or government overreach.
If you have been victimized by unconstitutional state actions or actors, if your right to free speech has been curtailed, if you’ve been arrested for lawful protest, if you’ve been wrongfully detained by state actors, if your right to enjoy your livelihood has been infringed upon or taken by governmental actions, we encourage you to reach out to us.
